Thanks to the hard work of the Operations team at Suttons tankers, we were able to meet an increased demand of 75% for a two week period, while also offering weekend support and resource on standby.
Suttons provided daily updates during the campaign, with information on loads planned and delivery schedules, to ensure SABIC was kept up to speed with our plans and to confirm our plans were sufficient for their business needs.
Through close communication between the Suttons Commercial and Operations teams with our contacts at SABIC, plans were put in place to meet the rigorous demands of the campaign. By operating continuously in multiple shifts over the course of the period of increased demand our drivers managed to successfully offload a large quantity of SABIC’s product, enabling them to proceed uninterrupted with their campaign.
This was made possible by the flexibility of Suttons Tankers fleet, and the hard work of all involved, who dedicated weekend hours and long week days to ensure our customer received the very best service.
Well done to everyone involved in this project, particularly Neil Simpson and Darren Mathieson, who were committed to delivering the highest possible levels of service to the customer.
