Manpack Transport Management System

At Schenk, we use the Manpack transport management system for the majority of jobs. This allows us to track key events as well as create, plan and invoice jobs.

This transport management system allows us to work more efficiently thanks to the EDI. The EDI works as an interface between our customer’s systems and our transport management system, enabling jobs to be created automatically with little interaction.

Microlise Telematics Technology

Thanks to our telematics system, we can track and trace any of our vehicles to see where they are or where they have been. 

The telematics system automatically updates our transport management system with key information such as arrival and departure times based on geo-fences plus ETA boards and notifications. 

On top of this, Schenk UK can review key driver performance reports based on safety and fuel efficiency. This allows us to plan further training for our tanker drivers and ensure we reduce fuel consumption and promote sustainability.
